Women in Games appoint Lucy Rissik as Marketing Director and Elizabeth Sampat to Advisory Board

Women in Games is pleased to add Lucy Rissik to its Executive Board in the position of Marketing Director. Lucy is Director and Co-Founder of Brotherhood of Brand, a consumer-focused strategic marketing partnerships and promotions agency. Prior to setting up her own agency, she was Brand Partnerships Manager at Electronic Arts, managing reciprocal marketing partnerships across all video games titles globally, including Need for Speed, The Sims, FIFA, Battlefield and Star Wars Battlefront. She also has significant experience in the charity sector as a former Corporate Partnerships Manager for Children in Need. Lucy takes immediate responsibility for PR, Marketing and Comms reporting through to CEO, Marie-Claire Isamaan.

WIGJ also welcomes Elizabeth Sampat to the Advisory Board. Elizabeth is Studio Creative Director at Future Games of London, a Ubisoft Studio. Elizabeth has a distinguished creative career designing and making games with Storm8, Mindspace and Popcap Games before working in Europe with Sybo Games in Copenhagen as Game Design department lead and now Ubisoft in London. She is a regular speaker at GDC and other conferences, conventions, organizations and universities in the USA and all over the world. She was a speaker on the very first #1ReasonToBe panel at GDC in 2013 that discussed the life and challenges as a woman in the gaming industry.
