POCKETGAMER.BIZ CALLS FOR MORE WOMEN VOICES

At a time when some parts of the games media seems to have forgotten about the role of women in the history of games (PC Gamer, we’re looking at you…), it’s great to see that PocketGamer.biz is actively seeking to include more women’s voices in its work.

The website’s team is calling on those within the Women in Games community who work in the mobile sector to come forward as spokespeople and commentators for online news, guest articles and PocketGamer.biz’s podcast series.

If you would like to get involved – and we would urge you to have your voice heard – simply get in touch with Deputy Editor Paige Cook (paige.cook@steelmedianetwork.com).

Women in Games CEO Marie-Claire Isaaman offered: “PocketGamer.biz and its parent company Steel Media have been strong supporters of Women in Games for some time now, and we are very happy to see the team actively encouraging more women to get involved in their articles and podcast series.”

PocketGamer.biz is part of Steel Media, which also hosts the PG Connects series of events around the world. The next event takes place in London on January 22nd-23rd. Find out more here – https://www.pgconnects.com/london/
