SPEAKER OPPORTUNITY: AI AND GAMES CONFERENCE 2026

Are you using AI in game development? Have you learned something worth sharing with the wider community?
The AI and Games Conference 2026 has opened its Call for Speakers, and we’d love to see members of the Women in Games community represented on stage.
Returning to London on November 10th–11th November, the conference is Europe’s largest event dedicated to AI in games, bringing together developers, researchers and industry professionals to share practical insights and real-world experience.
Speaker submissions are open until August 3rd.
The organisers are looking for talks that focus on practical applications of AI in game development, including:
- AI used in shipped games or games currently in development
- NPCs, character behaviour, planning, simulation, procedural generation and animation
- AI for design, production, QA, testing, tooling and balancing
- Practical experiences with generative AI in games
- Player-facing AI systems, including narrative, dialogue, accessibility and personalisation
- Research with clear real-world application
- Honest postmortems that share successes, challenges and lessons learned
They’re particularly keen to hear talks grounded in real experience – not AI hype or product pitches. Whether you’re working in an indie studio, AAA, academia or experimenting with new ideas, if you have practical knowledge that could help fellow developers, they want to hear from you.
We know there is incredible AI expertise across the Women in Games community, and we’d love to see more diverse voices represented on stage.
If you’ve ever thought about speaking at a conference, this could be the perfect opportunity. Good luck to everyone who applies!
