STUDIOS & RECRUITERS: JOIN US & 1,000+ OF OUR COMMUNITY AT THE CAREERS & NETWORKING EXPO!

If you’re a studio head or recruiter looking for new talent, make a date for March 10th when we will be hosting our latest Careers & Networking Expo.

This is the first event for the Women in Games community in 2022 and takes place during Women’s Heritage Month and during the same week as International Women’s Day. Like our similar events last year this is our moment to actually take action in our bid to increase the number of women working within the video games industry and the esports sector.

The day will include a series of inspiring sessions hosted by women already working in games and esports, telling their own personal stories about their journeys, and offering advice and guidance to delegates looking to take their careers forward.

A virtual expo area will also allow our delegates to talk directly to studios and other companies about the career opportunities currently available to them. Networking opportunities via the intuitive Hopin platform will also allow women everywhere to speak directly to their peers around the world.

The Careers and Networking Expo is a unique event for women around the world, providing those already working within games and esports to be inspired about taking their careers forward – and giving those new to the sectors the comfort and reassurance that games and esports are welcoming and nurturing environments for them.

Our previous Careers and Networking Expos have resulted in tangible results, with our Expo partners successfully hiring new staff via connections at the events, and our delegates enjoying a positive and beneficial experience.

We have a range of opportunities for Expo partners, including sponsorship and virtual booths. To find out more about getting involved and networking with 1,000+ women from around the world, email sponsorship@womeningames.org.
