WIG AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME (AND OUR CEO) SHORTLISTED FOR INCLUSION AWARDS

Women in Games has been recognised in the Inclusion Leaders Awards, taking finalist positions in two categories.

Our Individual Ambassador Programme – powered by Keywords Studios – has been shortlisted in the Inclusive Networks in Action category. This award recognises networks ‘that strengthen culture, amplify diverse perspectives, and deliver measurable value’.

Keywords Studios’ Global Head of DEIB Athena-Maria Enderstein said: “I’m so pleased to see the Individual Ambassador Programme recognised as a finalist in the Voice at the Table Inclusion Leader Awards 2026. For me, what makes this programme special is the people behind it: more than 2,700 advocates and allies of all genders, across different careers, disciplines, organisations and countries, all choosing to play their part in making the games industry fairer and more welcoming.

“That’s why our Keywords Studios partnership with Women in Games matters so much to me. The degree of change we need doesn’t come from one company or one initiative. It comes from people collaborating, learning, and pushing things forward together. I’m incredibly proud that Keywords Studios gets to support that, and my gratitude goes out to each of you Ambassadors for working towards a more inclusive video games industry every day.”

Meanwhile, we are delighted that our CEO Dr Marie-Claire Isaaman has been shortlisted in the Hattie Llewelyn-Davies Lifetime Impact in Inclusive Leadership category.

She said: “The Voice at the Table Inclusion Leaders Awards are well recognised across many different sectors for championing organisations and individuals who are doing outstanding working in inclusion and belonging. We are delighted that our Individual Ambassador Programme – powered by Keywords Studios – has been recognised for the impact it is having around the world.

“At the same time, I am honoured to be shortlisted in the Lifetime Impact category, and to be recognised amongst others doing such great work in inclusion and belonging.”

The awards ceremony takes place in London on November 4th and you can view the full list of finalists here.
