We are saddened by the recent announcements of restructures and redundancies within the games industry, specifically at Creative Assembly, Team17, and Epic. We acknowledge the profound impact these decisions have on individuals, families, and the industry as a whole.
Redundancies have historically disproportionately affected women, exacerbating existing challenges in our pursuit of equality. Today, we stand united in expressing our deep concern and sorrow at these developments.
In times of adversity, unity becomes our greatest strength. We extend our support to those affected and invite you to join us in seeking solutions. Together, we can navigate these challenging times and emerge stronger.
