BBC IS GAME ON FOR CHILDREN IN NEED FUNDRAISER

If you’re based on the UK, you’ll know that the BBC Children in Need fundraiser is an annual and very worthy broadcast event – and this year, games and esports will play a significant role in the schedule.
Game On! For BBC Children in Need will air live on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer at 7pm GMT on Friday 10thNovember.
BBC Radio 1’s Vick Hope will team up with BBC gaming expert Steffan Powell to host the live fundraiser. They will be joined by TV and radio presenter Lauren Layfield, as well as some of the UK’s most popular gamers and content creators including Slogo and Spencer FC, plus renowned streamers Bateson87, Freyzplayz, Geeky Cassie, Koji, Leahviathan and Tubbo.
The two-hour show will raise funds for BBC Children in Need and come live from Nottingham’s state-of-the-art Esports arena, Confetti-X, where gamers, content creators, influencers and celebrities will take on some of the nation’s favourite games, including EA SPORTS™’‘ F1® 23, Just Dance Now, HADO and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – all to inspire gamers across the UK to unite to help make a difference.
