Our speaker sessions have been curated to provide insights into different disciplines across games and esports, as well as offering some valuable learnings about workplace culture and best practice. They include:-
My Story: Hollie Bennett, Head of Influencers & Development, Frontier Developments
Hollie will talk about how she switched careers from Midwifery to Games, and will discuss her journey in social media and community management, from PlayStation Access, to CD PROJEKT RED, to her latest roles at Frontier Developments.
Mental Wellness at Work: Women in Games Awards Winner Eve Crevoshay, Take This
A 15-year veteran of the non-profit sector, Eve joined Take This as Executive Director in 2018. She is a member of the advisory boards for GDC (in the advocacy track), the Fair Play Alliance, The Games and Online Harassment Hotline (gameshotline.org), and The International Game Summit on Mental Health (TIGS.ca); and is the recipient of the inaugural GamesBeat Up and Comer award (2020). At the Careers & Networking Expo, she will discuss Mental Wellness At Work.
The speaker sessions take place from 8am to 8pm GMT to ensure we cover all global time zones. Importantly, a Replay function will allow you to catch up on any sessions you can’t attend ‘live’. Watch this space for updates on speakers and sessions.
