Women in Games is launching a new directory, designed to put conference organisers in touch with the best speakers in games and esports who also happen to be a woman, or identify as a woman.

Conference curators in games and esports are now, thankfully, conscious of diversity and of ensuring that their keynote and panel sessions feature a strong line-up of women speakers. As the leading gender diversity organisation in games and esports, Women in Games is regularly contacted to provide suggestions about speakers, panellists, moderators and hosts.

So, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Women in Games Speaker Directory – a valuable resource for all event organisers across games and esports.

“We are delighted to be launching this Speaker Directory,” said Women in Games CEO Marie-Claire Isaaman. “From hosting our two-day Annual Conference, as well as Careers & Networking Expo twice a year, we know that there is a wealth of inspiring women speakers in games and esports. We also know that most conference organisers are actively looking for more women to take part in their events – which we very much welcome.

“The Women in Games Speaker Directory will mean that no podium or conference stage should ever be missing women speakers. It will also help our community of brilliant and engaging women to easily put themselves forward for more speaker opportunities – and to showcase their achievements, insight and experience. We urge as many of you as possible to get involved.”
