UKIE SEEKS THE NEW GENERATION OF GAME MAKERS – NOMINATE TODAY!

UK games trade body Ukie has embarked on a mission to find out more about the ‘new generation of video games innovators, pioneers and young leaders that are shaping the next 10-20 years of our industry’.
As part of its commitment under the UK Government’s ‘Creative Industry Sector Plan’ to develop a future-facing skills and workforce strategy for games, Ukie wants to understand more about the people who are coming through, but aren’t yet ‘industry names’.
Women in Games Co-Director & Ambassador Director Gemma Brown said: “This is a great initiative from Ukie to focus on the ‘new generation’ within the UK games industry. We know there is rich, young talent within the Women in Games community in the UK, and we urge individuals to put themselves forward – or put forward colleagues and friends who fit the bill.”
