WOMEN IN GAMES SHORTLISTED FOR SDG AWARDS – WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We’re honoured and delighted that Women in Games and our CEO Marie-Claire Isaaman have been shortlisted in the SDG Awards 2023.

The awards are hosted by the SDG Alliance at EUTECH where individuals and organisations can demonstrate their achievements in meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Women in Games’ work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) and is primarily focused on Goal 5: ‘Achieve Gender Equality & Empower all Girls and Women’. We have been shortlisted for this category of the SDG Awards, with a judging panel having voted on the finalists.

There is now a public vote which will decide the winners – and this is where we are calling on as many of  our community as possible to help us.

We’ll be honest: it takes a couple of minutes, but we’d really appreciate your help in getting Women in Games recognised for its work for, and with, women and girls in games and esports around the world.

Here’s the process:

-Head to the voting portal here
-You will then need to register to vote
-You’ll then be redirected back to the voting panel page
-Select SDG5
-Select Women in Games
-Click ‘vote’ to register your vote
-A pop-up will open confirming your vote

Voting closes on March 24th. We thank you for your support and help.
