WOMEN IN GAMES WELCOMES EMBRACER AS CORPORATE AMBASSADOR

Games giant Embracer Group has pledged its support of Women in Games by signing up as a Corporate Ambassador.

With its head office based in Sweden, Embracer has a global presence through its eight operative groups of THQ Nordic, Koch Media, Coffee Stain, Amplifier Game Invest, Saber Interactive, DECA Games, Gearbox Entertainment and Easybrain. It boasts more than 80 internal game development studios and engages than 9,000 people in over 40 countries.

Women in Games CEO Marie-Claire Isaaman offered: “We are delighted that Embracer Group has chosen to join our Corporate Ambassador programme. With such a global reach, and with incredible franchises such as Saints Row, Goat Simulator, Timesplitters, Borderlands and many more, Embracer is a true powerhouse in video games. We are looking forward to working with the Embracer team on our on-going work to create a fair playing field for women throughout the industry.”
