Gaming platform YAHAHA has become Women in Games’ newest Corporate Ambassador.
Founded in 2020, YAHAHA is a gaming platform with a focus on user-generated content. Players can use the platform to build and manage their own games and monetise existing ones, while there is also a social element that allows game-makers to distribute their projects across other platforms.
Before YAHAHA, making true 3D interactive experiences needed a high level of technical knowhow. YAHAHA brings 3D content creation to every creator with simple and easy tools and templates. With YAHAHA, creators are part of an exciting new social community sharing creative, fun experiences where the only limitation is your imagination.
The company has offices in Finland, Korea and China and has a commitment to embracing diversity, innovation and inclusiveness.
Women in Games CEO Marie-Claire Isaaman offered: “YAHAHA is set to launch what looks to be an incredibly innovative platform that will allow gamers and aspiring developers to create their own titles, share them and interact with others.
“Just as impactful is YAHAHA’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, as demonstrated by the company signing up as our latest Corporate Ambassador. We look forward to watching and sharing their journey.”
Patty Toledo, Director of Developer Relations at YAHAHA, added: “Our goal at YAHAHA is to make it easy for anyone with little or no experience to become a digital content creator. Through no-code entry levels, creating a new social environment in YAHAHA is as easy as drag and drop – all you need is a creative mindset and your imagination. The Early Alpha launch is the first phase in a planned schedule of launches throughout this year. By signing up early, users will be able to secure their own unique username, the first step in creating a new virtual lifestyle with YAHAHA. We hope to support all genders and ethnicities in creating a productive, sustainable and exciting future.”
